AllTheWayHomeAnimalRescue Thanks EI Animal Hospital – As an animal rescue owner and operator, I have had the great fortune of being welcomed with open arms by the caring, compassionate, and dedicated staff here at East Islip Animal Hospital. Upon entering, you are immediately greeted by familiar faces that work together as a family. I have never felt as though I were a mere customer being accommodated, but part of a team that shares the same love for each and every animal that comes into their care. There is always an open dialogue between myself and both Dr. Jason Heller and Dr. Amanda MacDonald. Every treatment plan has always been a detailed discussion between myself and the Doctor. Every question answered with expertise and patience. Every decision that has been made for my pets and rescues has been with security and confidence because I was informed of all options prior to committing to a treatment plan. It has been an educational experience as well. I have never been made to feel as though I was not a part of their care.

The massage therapist, an Asian man, is unlicensed and attempts to rub women in private places!!!!!!!! It's disgusting! And the decor is as if you're in grandmas house; not in an inviting way! 70's decor! Needsa to be closed down by the board of health!! the dentists are really good and nice. Assistants are vey nice and professional. very clean office and everybody is very nice all the time. good schedule, monday to sunday. Love my offices! Talented teams that are caring about our patients well being. We work hard and it's busy because patients love seeing us! All employees are educated to better themselves and grow. We offer Health Insurance, retirement programs, and dental care. All patients are educated on their best dental options. We offer great hours to fit everyone's schedules! Pros Talented teams, caring, fun contests Super busy. They put their patients first at the expense of their staff. Docs are flying through rooms treatment planning $$$. It's a business but the work environment brings people down instead of uplifting them up. High learning curve, you learn a lot but it's a dog eat dog world in there and it doesn't have to be. Pros Parking, clean work place Cons Work culture is terrible Tooth factory.. sorry ups.. crown factory.
The room was facing the waiting room and when I was waiting, I could see into the room, so I was careful when it was my turn. There was no lock on the bathroom door, and a man walked in while I was in it. The place was dirty and old. I was definetely a little grossed out. They barely spoke English and it was a very small place. When the massage started, I knew right away it was going to be a bad massage. I could see she didn't have experience just by the way she touched me. I have had several massages, and this one was by far the worst. It was like she was just rubbing cream all over my body. No pressure at all. It was lotion, not oil. At the end, she offered me to sign up for another at the same price. Needless to say I declined. I would not recommend this spa to any of my friends. You can get a better massage at a nail salon. Did have some issues making the appointments initially, therefore only 4 stars. I ended up going there in person twice as I had to change initial appointment due to scheduling conflict. That said, I feel that it was a small price to pay as the massage experience itself was absolutely wonderful! Both my husband and I really enjoyed it... champagne and strawberries, lovely setting, soothing music, and fantastic massage therapists. We will go back! Is a stable income, but they treated you doctors just talk about unnecessary work, hygienist are overbooked. No room for main Doc. Has a peculiar personality, but sometimes can be offensive. I understand is a business, but there is not a reason to be mean or cruel. OTHER places do money and treat theirs employees with respected EIDC was the first office to take a chance on me when I was just trying to break into the field I loved so dearly. The office was always welcoming and supportive and encouraged and celebrated growth and I will always be thankful for everything they gave me to further my future in the field. The fast pace set me up and prepared me for anything, not an easy office to start, but thankful I did.
