I stayed two nights at Brenners. Everything seemed good till I left. I rated one because I will never come back. Here's what happened: when I checked out, I asked if reception still need my credit card, they said no. They had already blocked money from my credit card when I checked in, so I left hotel. Several days later, reception called me that they need the PIN of my credit card card to finish the transaction. I rejected to send my sensitive information. But I asked them to send me the bill by email and I would transfer the money if they really could not finish transaction without PIN. They sent me the email quickly. However, several days later, they actually took money from my credit card. But no one followed up with a call or even an email to notice me not to transfer the money. And no one ever felt inconvenience caused to me!
